My first one

My first one

Fresh out of college and ready to take over the world! Nothing would prepare me for the ups and downs I'd experience with this little girl. She was born with a heart defect and later had open heart surgery. Mi Nani is a survivor, my right hand, and best friend.

And baby makes 4...

And baby makes 4...

My easiest delivery...hospital staff watched in disbelief as I quietly and calmly sat thru contractions. They almost sent me back home! Now, Ms. Lucy (named after Lucille Ball) is the bright spot of my day!

Is that a ....?

Is that a ....?

Yes it is! I never wanted to know the gender of my babies. From previous experience, I just assumed I was having another girl. Not so! And I'm glad, Solomon is the most caring and thoughtful young man I know. He takes good care of me and has a smile that will melt any woman's heart.

SURPRISE!

SURPRISE!

He's certainly the best surprise I've ever gotten. He's like a human teddy bear, so soft and loves to cuddle. Whenever I need to break out and dance, he's my partner! This not-so-little one rounds out the Long Family clan.

Julio and AJ

Julio and AJ

Our first glimpse of the boy as embryos. Julio was given his nickname after julio jones because he was bursting out his yolk sac ready to go!

The nurse looked at the screen in worry. Then looked at us. "How many embryos did you transfer again?" two, we say in unison. "Oh good. You've got two!" Lady! Don't scare us like that!

Wait a minute!

Wait a minute!

Is that a baby bump or my gut?

Now that's a baby bump. 14 weeks

#100days of #pregnancy

I cannot believe I've been pregnant for 100 days! Time certainly flies. The boys will be here before you know it!
